Brief Answer:
Things seem alright.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

You TSH is in very good range... You were expected to have lost weight as you added 13 mcg but you gained some.it might mean that there is some other cause of weight gain may be food habits or lack of physical activity.

It is normal to have some irritability and irritation in body specially legs when one raises the dose of thyoroxin...it will take a few days and then as your body adjusts to the increased dose of thyroxin it will get better.

I would suggest you to repeat thyroid profile in a month to keep an eye at TSH it may fall below normal if 13mcg addition is too much, in that case you will have to reduce the dose of thyroxin but for now everything seems fine all levels and doses seem ok.

Consider ther cases of weight gain and keep some physical acitivity going stay blessed.

I hope this answered your question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.

Regrads.
