Brief Answer:
all seems to be good.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, hi! this is dr XXXXXXX welcome to HCM!
apparently the report looks fine except that TSH is a bit low but, then that alone is not the deciding factor to change the dose in your case.
It will depend on your health mainly. If you are feeling no disturbance , you are fine then we do not change anything and continue same . if you are finding some difficulty please let me know, i'll correlate if it is due to low TSH. Else we can review after 3 months with TSH and FT4.
regards!

The thing is one doctor told to reduce the dosage to 75mg for
THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) C.L.I.A 0.12 μIU/ml
What will be the actual dosage limit?? or to continue with 175 mg??
There is no issue / problem but if we took less will TSH level increase??

Brief Answer:
opinions vary in borderline cases

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, as i told you earlier if you are fine do not change the dose. but if you look only at TSH any doctor who is not endo will tell you to change the dose. but even if you think of reducing the dose please make it 150 mcg from 175 mcg and in no case reduce to 75mcg from 175 mcg.
regards!
