What Does My Thyroid Test Report Indicate?

Question : Dear Doctor,
I am a married woman of 31 years of age with 2.5 years of a married life. My husband is of 37 years of age and i am not able to get pregnant till date. Here are some points for your kind consideration and valuable suggestions please-
1. In the September,2014 it was detected that i am suffering from early bi-lateral ovarian cyst. My periods were irregular and thereafter i used krimpson 35 for 1.5 months ( It was advised for 4 months actually).
2. Here are the list of some tests done on me and my husband for knowing the fact about the barriers of my pregnancy.

3. Again, in October,2015 it was found that i was able to get pregnant after getting medicines in the following course-
D2-D6 - Beclom
D3, D5, D7 - menotas 75
D7-D14 - Endowell
with Follicle size 22mm and endo metriem size 8mm
4. We tried for 2 months but     didn't succeed and then visited the doctor again. She had advised me to take AKT      from December, 2015 in which i have taken vicox-4 for fist two months (3.5 tabs dailey) and then vicox-2 (1 tab dailey) till date.
5. In January,2016 i got my period again. After that we decided for IUI and i have two IUI done there.In my second IUI the dose of my injections were made double i.e. from D3-D8. There was formation of 11 eggs and i was hyper stimulated. But my second IUI was done in that condition too as per suggestion of doctor.
6. I got my period in March,2016 now the doctor has advised me for laproscopy. I was very disappointed and i changed my doctor. There i found the fact that laproscopy was not needed for me. There my third IUI was done by taking only two injections ( Follis 75) on D4 and D6.
7. I got my period on 06.04.2016 and this time on 07.04.2016 i found a piece of white fleshy material on my pad.

8. I met with doctor in 10.04.2016. Doctor advised me to leave the month as it was late to start the process of IUI.
9. Now i have gone through a blood test of 08.05.2016 in which is Haemoglobin in 63% , Serum SGPT 74.1, and total Billirubin count is 1.1 Thereafter i met with doctor on 15.05.2016. She measured the thickness of my endometrium which is 5mm. She presribed me Estrabet (2x3 tabs daily) for 15 days and Primolut N (2tabs dailey) for 5 days( after taking Estrabet tabs).
10. Doctor has advised me to stop the use of vicox-2 w.e.f. 07.06.2016 as six months will be completed on that date. She also told that if PCR is okay then there was no need to take this medicine irrespective of advise of my first doctor opinion.
Above is my case history and now i want to know that
A. Should i stop the use of vicox-2 and why it was prescribed my first doctor when it was not needed as per my second doctor.
B. Whether i should i go for 4th IUI and whether prescribed medicine are okay or not. ( I m not getting my period yet)
C. If i should go for 4th IUI what are the precautions to be taken.
Above are my query on the basis of my treatment till date. I m waiting anxiously for your valuable reply.

I wish to know that as per advice of my current doctor whether i should stop taking vicox 2 after six months which is going to be completed in the month of XXXXXXX My previous doctor has advice me to take this medicine for 9 months however, my new doctor is not agreed with this advice.

I also wish to know that whether taking vicox4 and vicox 2 has any adverse effect on IUI treatment. My new doctor adviced me to take IUI after stopping the medicine in the month of XXXXXXX
