Brief Answer:
Directly related.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Thyroid hormones serve a very important role in the body. I do not think it has been a good idea to stop thyronorm 100 abruptly. Ideally it should have been tapered over a period of time. In other words, the dose should have been reduced to 50 for a month, 25 for a month, 12.5 for another month before eliminating completely.

I think that the loose motion is directly related to the stoppage of thyroid supplementation. I would insist you to get your thyroid profile checked once again.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
