Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be a liver pathology

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Liver pathology causes pain in the right upper abdomen.
Pain in the left side of the abdomen can be due to gastritis, gastric reflux, splenic infection etc.
Liver infection can be diagnosed by liver function
test.
I will suggest you to get a liver function test done and further treatment should be done accordingly.
By the report, it is unlikely to be a liver pathology.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
