What Does My Ultrasonography Test Report Indicate?

Question: 3D ultrasonography shows that my uterus does not have any mullerian abnormality, but endometrial volume is low(6.7mm)and hysteroscopy reveals small uterine cavity (1.2ccs).Is it possible to correct the small cavity to large enough for pregnancy to happen and continue?

Hi,

Thanks for the attached reports.

Your uterus seems to be normal in size as per ultrasound scan report. Fallopian tubes and ovary are damaged due to endometriosis. Hence getting pregnant naturally is difficult.

Hysteroscopy seems to have been difficult to perform due to presence of endometriosis and adhesions. This is just a technical issue. ultrasound scan shows normal cavity.

You have chances of pregnancy with IVF. You can successfully carry pregnancy. Go ahead with IVF at nearest IVF center.
