Brief Answer:
PCOS

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I would have appreciated had you given some more information. Please inform me:

1. What is your weight, height and BMI?

2. How do you get your menses in terms of days, frequency and bleeding

3. Do you have course hair on feet, chest, face, etc.?

4. Have you undergone any other investigations?

5. Any other information you would like to share with me.

After you furnish me with this information, I will have better concept of your case. Then if required, I may ask you some more investigations.

At this stage, prima facae, you seem to have Polycystic ovarian syndrome. Please upload your ultrasonography images and reports so that I can view them. PCOS can now be managed effectively; if ignored, it may affect your fertility.

Brief Answer:
Please provide detailed history

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

You have informed your history too briefly for me to get any more clear picture. However, your BMI is 25.6, which is on higher side. Normal BMI should be between 18.5 and 24.9. There is a possibility of PCOS. Please get your blood examined for FSH, LH, Oestrogen, Progesterone, AMH, T3, T4 and TSH. Please upload the reports.

Please concentrate on your weight reduction. Your diet should be rich in proteins, low carbohydrates and fats. Regular exercise will help you reduce your weight.

I would urge you please provide me detailed information pertaining to the questions I have asked you in my previous communication. Then I can advise you further.
