Brief Answer:
Wait and watch for few days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

If your ultrasound is showing that cavity is empty then there is nothing to worry.

The light brown discharge is within normal limits if it does not persist.

My advise is that you wait and watch for 3-4 days and if it does not stop then follow up with me.

Brief Answer:
Wait for 6 months.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

1) Try to conceive ONLY after 6 months as its takes 6 months for the entire uterus to become normal.

2) Take folic acid tablets from 3 months before conceiving.

3) If you have twice aborted then you will need to be investigated. Start with a hysteroscopy to find any uterine anomalies. Also get APLA, and TORCH test. Any good lab will do it.

If you have any further queries feel free to ask me.

Regards
