Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

You have taken the things in other way.
Generally fetal maturity factors like BPD,FL,AC,HC etc are measured as mm by calipers and it is automatically converted to weeks and days by USG software.Let us taken an example,if BPD(Bi parietal diameter) measures 87.9 mm,it is automatically converted to 35 weeks and 3 days by software.
I was asking for this simple conversion so than i can compare.

Mentioning weeks and days for individual parameters like BPD,FL,AC,HC etc is important for comparison and diagnosing various conditions.

Generally BPD and FL(Femur length) shouldn't differ by more than 2 weeks. If there is greater deviation, then intrauterine growth retardation etc should be ruled out.

I presume you that you don't have more deviation in respect of weeks.
900 grams is normal for fetal age 26 weeks and 2 days.

Hope i have answered your query.
