Brief Answer:
endometrial biopsy needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, after reading the reports it is evident that you have got endometrial hyperplasia I.e increased thickness of the lining of uterus called as endometrium.
It needs to be evaluated at the earliest by means of a simple office biopsy.
In case you have other questions I will be happy to help.
