What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Question: Hello doctor,
I am pregnant and my report says that i am 8 weeks 3days pregnant as on 27.01.2015.
uterus anteverted
crl = 1.89cm = 8wks 3d
decidual reaction good
yolk sac regular. diameter - 0.5cm
cervix - 3.5 cm
cardiac activity - present
gua - 8wks 03d
scan edd - 5.9.2015
imp:- single intra uterine live fetus at 8wks03d.
i have booked my ticket along with my husband to XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX First from XXXXXXX to XXXXXXX (2hrs by flight) and then from XXXXXXX to XXXXXXX (approx. 6hrs by train after a 5 hrs interval) on 10.02.2015 for my brother's marriage. i would like to get your advice that whether i should go or not? I am not experiencing any kind of morning sickness symptoms such as vomiting, head drilling or nausea till now.
my doctor has prescribed me macfolate, glycomet sr 500mg and ecospirin 75 for one month (one tab. each daily). my weight is 73kg and bp 128/90. my doctor has also suggested to take (zy hcg 5000 injection) once weekly for one month out of which i have already taken twice and on 09th feb 2015 i am going to take the third dose of injection.

I will advise you not to take this journey as its long and stressful.
The stress will result in stress to the baby and had risk of miscarriage also.
It is absolutely not advisable to take such long journeys in first three months of pregnancy which you are in right now as per your sonogram.
Also continue the medications and injections as advised by your doctor.
Take rest. Continue to be regular in your antenatal checkups.

sorry to disturb u again. actually i love traveling and when i was unaware that i am pregnant in my 2nd mth and i went to sambalpur for two days which was a 6hr train journey from bhubaneshwar to sambalpur and i had no problems in that . actually due to the wedding and all my family members are going and i m actually quite depreesed about it . all my tickets are booked and i m upset as all are going except me

Any gynecologist will advise you to not do this
