                                            Question : What does it mean "tissue characteristics were inhomogenous and echogenic compared to myometeium. Surface topography was irregular.sparse arteriolar vasculatiry was observed in the endometrium while normal vasculatiry was evident in the myometeium of the uterine body" this is in my uterus. I am 28 years old and recently had a complete molar pregnancy. My endometrial thickness is 18mm hcg level 3000 but not pregnant...

Findings suggests presence of irregular,echogenic and inhomogeneous structure in the endometrial region.It may be related to recent history of complete molar pregnancy.
There is also sparse vascularity noted in endometrium.
This condition need clinical correlation.
If clinically indicated then biopsy of endometrium can be done to find out exact pathology.
Endometrial thickness is also increased,this need clinical correlation.
