What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Question: Mam sexual act took place on 22nd July on 38th day of her cycle..she got light period from 25-28th July..on 31st July she got a slight bit of brown discharge once..again she got medium period flow from 15-18th August on 22nd day..then again she got heavy flow period from 5-9th September..again on 22nd day,but this time its heavy..earlier her cycles used to be around 32-35 days..but last two periods were on exact 22nd day..11-14th May-Light Flow period,15-18th June-Normal flow period,22nd July-sexual act,25-28th July-light flow period,31 st July-slight brown discharge once,15-18th August-medium flow period,5-9th September-Heavy flow period..Today is the 42nd day,still no period came..the last sexual act(that too no penetration,sex,fingering,might have just rubbed minute precum which i hv gt accidentally on my hand over hur vulva) was on 22nd July,none thereafter..She did Blood HCG test on 8,11th and 18th September,all gave less than 0.100 miu/cc..she did USG NORMAL PELVIC ABDOMINAL..i have attached all the reports mam..kindly see..so nothing related to pregnancy?Kindly reply mam at the earliest..

In her ultrasound scan reports it is showing polycystic ovaties,that means she is suffering from PCOD.
Her period is irregular due to PCOD.
It is a multiple endocrinal disorder which can be treated with lifestyle changes and hormonal supplements.
You should consult a Gynecologist and take hormonal pills to get withdrawal bleeding and took treatment for PCOD.
So delayed period is due to PCOD not due to pregnancy ( as her hcg levels are negative and there is no gestational sac in ultrasound scan).

1)Mam as u said her to contact gynaecologist and get hormonal tablets for withdrawal bleeding..if her doctor gives her tablets for withdrawal bleeding..and after completion of the course for 5 days,still she dont get het periods,what will it indicate?..as i came to know that taking withdrawal tablets gives periods,but if she takes them as per her doctor's advise and still no period comes what will it indicate?

1)Mam if her periods dont come even after taking withdrawal tablets,what will it indicate?..I mean to say even if periods dont come after 1 week of stopping tablets,what will it indicate?As i have read that if after taking withdrawal tablets period doesnot come it indicates pregnancy?..
