Brief Answer:
Just stop alcohol.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Alcoholic Fatty liver takes months to get normal even after stopping alcohol consumption.
However the liver functions needs to be monitored.
I need to know your ALT , AST levels to help you better.
I could not find a attached report and I would evaluate that based on your reports.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Regards

Brief Answer:
No treatment required.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have studied the attached reports and since your liver enzymes are with in normal range, you don't need any medicines.
I would recommend you to stop alcohol consumption, as you have been appreciably doing.
You need low fat diet and regular exercises, that would help you with your, fatty liver as well as high cholesterol levels.
As I mentioned earlier the liver changes would gradually subside over months. As long as you are off alcohol, I wouldn't be overly concerned.
I hope you find the information helpful.
Please feel comfortable to ask, if you have any further queries.
Regards,
Dr Anshul Varshney, MD
