What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Question: HI, i had sex with my wife on 30 Oct 2013 and we did ultrasound on 26 Nov Dr said baby is one month.
As per wife LMP is 19 Oct and Dr give us due date of child on 26 July.
but baby born 3 July(35 weeks normal delivery ) my question is this my wife is pregnant in Oct first week or in Sep
and i had sex with my wife on 30 Oct not in Sep or Oct all month,
can i go for DNA Paternity
i came XXXXXXX on 30 Oct and sex with my wife that day and 26 Nov after ultrasound Dr said wife is pregnant one month and baby born on 3 July 2014 (normal delivery if i count its only 245 days

Your wife had her last periods on 19th Oct. Her fertile period was between 30th Oct to 4th Nov according to her dates. She is not likely to conceive before 30th Oct. It is possible to deliver a normal child at 35 weeks. It does not mean that the child was conceived earlier. The due date of 26th July also corresponds to the conception after 30th October.

also baby was one or two day in NICU for JAUNDICES.

If you had sex on 30th Oct then the pregnancy test should be positive near 6-7 November at the earliest. The test should not be positive on 31st Oct. If there was a positive pregnancy test on 31st Oct then the conception was at least a week earlier.
