Brief Answer:
CT-SCAN IS REQUIRED

Detailed Answer:
HI,
I REVIEW YOUR ULTRASOUND REPORT AND I CAN SAY :
1. THE LIVER MASS FOUND IN SEGEMENT 7 OF THE LIVER IS INIDCATIVE FOR LARGE HEMANGIOMA.
2. OTHERWISE IN SUCH CASES CT-SCAN, ALFA FETO-PROTEIN ARE RECUIRED TO BETTER EVALUATE THE NATURE OF TEH MASS.

3. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU HAVE DONE LIVER PANNEL , BILIRUBIN LEVEL?
IF YES PLEASE UPLOAD THEM TO ME.

HOPE IT WAS HELPFUL TO YOU!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Let me explain again my dear:
It seems to be a large hemangioma and there is nothing to be worried. But in such cases abdominal CT and other exams that I mentioned above is advised to definitely confirm it.
Hemangioma is a benign lesion. In such cases like your I recommend to avoid heavy lift, crashes and abdominal damages during sports.
All teh best

Thank you. I have not done any of the above. I have no abdominal pain etc. Does it mean it is likely to be not serious?
