Question : Hi..
I am 29 yrs old married for 3.5 yrs. I started medical abortion pills on 14th July. Yesterday I had ultrasound and found that there were some RPOCs. Doctor has advised me to take another dose of abortion pills. Please tell me if it will help or I will have to go for surgical abortion.

If products of conception are very less than there is no need to worries and it will come out with another pills.

So there is no requirement of D& C.
