Hello and welcome to Health Care.Magic Forum. Thanks for trusting is with your health query.I have gone through your query and understand your concerns completely.
There is nothing to worry as it is a simple follicular cyst which occurs commonly and usually goes by itself.
You need not to do anything and just get a repeat scan after 3 months.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Oral pills advised

Detailed Answer:
I understand your concerns but if the size has been same so far then I would suggest you to take oral contraceptives for at least 3 months.
I know you will be disappointed after listening to it as you are trying to conceive but chances of pregnancy are already grim in case the cyst is functional and thus secreting hormones.
Visit your gynecologist and get a prescription for oral contraceptives after thorough examination.
All the best

Brief Answer:
Oral pills better for you

Detailed Answer:
It is a simple cyst and you are trying to conceive so best is to take oral pills for 3 months and then a repeat scan to see the size of cyst.
Get a blood test of CA-125 levels and see the results.
In case levels are low then nothing to worry.

Brief Answer:
No need of laparoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Sorry for the delay in response.
No need of laparoscopy for this.
Just take oral contraceptive pills which are taken for contraception daily for 3 months.
These pills abolish hormone supply to the cyst and thus body is tuned according to pills which eventually causes regression of the cyst.
So after 3 months we will repeat scan to see the status of the cyst.
Rest will be decided according to CA 125 levels.
All the best.
