Brief Answer:
Trabaculated Bladder suggest bladder outlet obstruction .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been detected to have endometrial thickness and planned for uterine biopsy .

The trabaculated bladder is due Bladder Outlet Obstruction mostly due to bladder Neck Stenosis which is very common in females at this age secondary to
perimenopausal changes ..You do not need to get biopsy of the bladder done .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
