What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: I went for my appointment on the 20th should have been 7 weeks but only measured 4 weeks and 1 day on the ultrasound. Had a sac with nothing in it. Should I be worried about not actually being pregnant? My ob was no help and never said anything about blood work or anything.
