I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your physician is right in suggesting karyotyping to be done. It is no use growing apprehensive. Treatment has to be done depending on the findings.

Hi sir thanks for your suggestion can we believe in ultrasound or can we go for MRI scan once becoz we can't believe some times on ultrasound right
Brief Answer:
MRI not necessary
Detailed Answer:
The findings of ultrasound are definite. MRI would not yield anything important. MRI will not give the cause. A karyotyping will help for the same

What is the treatment for this?
Brief Answer:
Depends upon the underlying issue
Detailed Answer:
Sorry for the inadvertent delay in responding.
Before treatment the underlying issue needs to be diagnosed. The genetics of a person is fixed and cannot be altered. But there are various treatment modalities to deal with specific presentations. I would not like to unnecessarily confuse you with myriad of possibilities only one of which is the case here. I would insist you to wait for the reports.
