Brief Answer:
Ultrasound reports needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting us with your health concerns
Can you please send me the last ultrasound report so that I can advise you better
But in general if there is a fetal heart in the second baby it can be easily heard via ultrasound at least.
So you can also get a repeat scan from some other radiologist
All the best

Brief Answer:
Mil chances of twins

Detailed Answer:
No dear, in case there was just one heart beat on ultrasound then chances of twins are almost nil. So from now onwards consider this as only single baby and of course more frequent visits to doctor as chances of death of second baby are high at this gestation
