What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: i had prostate infection for 2 months and took tajobactum for 7 days, test was normal and PSA was 0.68 ng/dl last week.

I am still having some pain while urinating but not always. Please advise, if any further test need to be done or any medicine need to take.

Just a note, i had enlarged prostate as attached.i have attached my ultrasound report for your reference for the enlarged prostate.

Prostate infection takes long time to get resolved completely .

Thanks for query .

I have one through our previous discussion on this problem and would state that Prostate infection always takes long time to get cured completely needing to take appropriate antibiotics for 4-6 weeks .

Since you still have pain during urination I would suggest you to get swab test and culture of urethral discharge obtained after prostate massage done to trace out any residual infection so as to take appropriate antibiotic.

Take Tomsulosin once daily along with antibiotic .
