What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I am XXXXXXX female aged 29 years. I recently experienced pain in the upper right stomach. Through the Ultrasound scan, the doctor told me that I have 3 stones in my gall bladder. The stones are less than 10 cms. The doctor pressed my upper right abdomen and since it did not pain, he told me that the pain might not have possibly been from gallstones. Now, I do not experience any pain at all. I have attached the scan reports. I sincerely request you to let me know the home remedies and non-invasive procedures and treatments that I should undertake in order to have the gall stones from the gall bladder.

Hi,
Thanks for choosing this forum to ask your query.
As per the question asked by you there are a few non invasive procedure available to dissolve gall stone but success rate is about 60% after almost 6 to 8 months of treatment.
-Urodeoxycholic acid can be given for 6-8 months to dissolve choestrol stones.
-Another non-surgical treatment for which gallstones must meet certain criteria is extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL). It is most effective on solitary gallstones that are less than 5-6 centimeters in diameter, so fewer than 15 percent of patients are eligible for ESWL. The goal of the treatment is to break up, or fragment, gallstones by sending shock waves through the soft tissue of the body.
-Contact dissolution therapy-involves injecting a solvent known as methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE) into the gallbladder to dissolve the gallstones. Initial studies have shown that MTBE rapidly dissolves gallstones
Natural remedies-
Add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of lemon juice to a glass of warm water. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Doing this regularly for weeks can dissolve gallstones and prevent pain.
I would encourage you to incorporate these liver cleanse foods into your weekly diet.
