What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question : Intrauterine Gest sac with irregular margins seen.fetal cardiac pulsation seen but could nit be measured due to collApsed gestational sac.Anterverted uterus with echogenic endometrium of 13.2mm. Subchronic Hameorrage seen at lower pole of sac volume 0.32cc

Doctor i had my first embryo transferred frizen d5 on 25th March and 8th aor tested betahcg with 61.5 and 10th day 99.8 and 12th as 222.5. So firsr ultrasound happened on 22nd apr where Gest sac of 4.6mm seen with yolk sac of 1.4mmm seen but no fetal pole or heartbeat. Doc asked to visit in 6th May for further scan. But next day on 23rd Apr i started bleeding heavily witb clots if 4 to 5 and big ones . I was scared and cried and finally doc asked me to tske bed rest and bty 23rd Noon bleed stoppedm.on 24th dic asked me to tsje hcg test again ans came 1451 even though nos small doc said it is nit bad for miscarriage and was asked to do ultrasound on 25th. So result is what i asked you in question where doc was bit tensed on gest sac collapsing and sch. Since thrn i am off and on bleeding and not more than 3 to 3 hrs bleef happens. I was said sch gets absorbed and gest should recover to rigid state else miscarriage happens. I m worried now since i am daily bleeding on and off for 4hrs more with urine paass and less on pads and also habe some left righr abdomin pains with breasts being sore with nipples sensitive. Can i still be pregnant? I am highly worried on its viability.pls suggest on collapse gest sac and Sch..i m scared because of bleed daily.
