What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Hello Doc,
32 year old male. Generally in great health.
However I do drink too much (used to be way too much, maybe 8-9 beers a day). I cut it back to about 4-6 beers a day on average with the occasional day of nothing to drink. I'm working on cutting it back to only a few drinks 2-3 times a week which I very much look forward to. Occasionally I get sharp pains in the areas indicated in the attached image and it makes me worry about my liver. A few months ago I had an ultrasound of my internal organs (and blood tests) due to complaints about internal pains and they found no issues. The pains come most often when I have been drinking a little bit more than I had, and they also seem to be when I am having some digestive issues (it's an occasional but recurring thing for me).
Explanation of the image:
-The red symbols are where most of the pain is (75% of the time)
- The green symbols are where they are second most often
- Blue is very occasional.
The pains are sharp and very, very brief, but occur very often.
What do you think is going on? Thanks!

Doc,
Thanks for the information. Please see the answers below:
1)I go for days and days without pain. But when the pain is occurring it is typically every few minutes with occasional periods where it is once every 15-30 seconds. The pain seems to come about when I eat unhealthy for a few days (fatty foods) which also correlates with periods where I drink more than I would like (makes me too lazy to cook healthy food). The pain tends to go away after a few days of eating healthy and not drinking.
2) No vomiting, fever
3) Bowls currently irritated. No weight/appetite changes
4)No tobacco consumption. I had maybe 3-4 cigarettes a week ago. Currently using nicotine supplement
5) Sleeping pretty well so long as I'm not stressing over this
6)Laid back personality
8)Endoscopy last week. Throat is irritated ENT suspects new allergy is causing a post nasal drip.
Thanks!
