What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Enteritis overlapping with cholecystitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query dear patient.
I have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.
As per your narration unfortunately you are having two overlapping problem at thee same time-
So lets take them one by one,
1)I have explosive diarrhea , especially after eating. Bloating, cramping and nausea after meals. ---This problem is most likely not related to your gallbladder thing. You are having acute enteritis.Gastroenteritis means inflammation of gastric tract due to infectious pathogens. Most of the time its food born and is viral in origin ,However in few cases its bacterial or parasitic also.
Rx
oxycodone is a opoid drug and is effective only in patients with visceral pain(gallbladder spasm) but is not going to help you with pain of enteritis as they are due to intestinal spasms.
I would suggest you to get a prescription for antispsamodic like Dicyclomine 10 mg thrice daily.
Take it with Tylenol thrice daily(anti inflammatory).
As spasm in intestines would settle down inflammation would also reduce hence pain will go away.
For bloating and nausea take OTC-
Omeprazole 40 mg once daily with Zofran 4mg twice (anti emetic).Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration–You need to drink more than usual to replace the fluids lost from vomiting and diarrhoea. Water is best, but you could also try fruit juice and soup.
3 days antibiotic and anti protozoal course can be taken after going through tests i would advice below.
Tab Ofloxacin
Tab Metronidazole
Problem 2-I had very painful RUQ pain that sent me to the er. They did and ultrasound on my abdomen and said i had inflammation of the gall bladder and wall thickening---Cholecystitis is often caused by stones that block the tube leading from the gallbladder to the small intestine.Severe pain in the upper-right belly and bloating are symptoms.
Treatment of choice is laproscopic removal of gallbladder through planned surgery.
Tests suggested-
Fecal calprotectin-To see intestinal inflammation.
Stool test microscopy
A ct abdomen to see extent of cholecystitis.
Follow up with reports.
