                                    Brief Answer:
Hello dear. It may be possible but not in your case
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through your query. You need not to be afraid. A bladder cancer can only cause flank pain when it obstruct the flow of urine causing backpressure and swelling of kidneys. In your case, kidneys are ok so no need to panic.
Thanks and regards

I am having trouble sleeping at night time. I can't sleep on my stomach or my right side. If I sit a certain way or twist a certain way I get shooting pain. Could this be a pulled or torn muscle in my back or side?

Hello. Yes, it is likely to be a musculoskeletal pain
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
From your symptoms, it is likely to be a musculoskeletal pain, a sprain of the muscles. You will require some analgesics (eg. Tylenol), and rest. Followed by physical exercises.
Thanks
