Brief Answer:
Needs further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Most renal cysts are benign and does not cause any harm. However since the cyst is large and has separation it could be malignant as well. It definitely requires further evaluation. I recommend you to do the following

1. get a urine routine test done to look for red blood cells
2. confirmatory test for the cyst would be to get a contrast enhanced ct scan. This will tell us whether it is cancer or not
3. Please approach a nephrologist for further work up, do not ignore the matter

I hope i was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Brief Answer:
Percentage

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back, I understand how tensed you must be. The percentage of benign cyst is 99% which means to say that only 1% of the cyst is malignant and it becomes even less likely because of your young age.
Despite the odds I want you to get evaluated as soon as possible
