Brief Answer:
Nodule in right lobe of thyroid may be due to many reasons.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your ultrasound findings suggests a small(10 x 8 x 5 mm) hypoechoic nodule in right lobe of thyroid.
Nodule may be due to many reasons like iodine deficiency, thyroiditis, abnormal growth of normal thyroid tissue, cancer etc.It need clinical correlation and further investigations.
USG guided FNAC can be done to assess exact nature of nodule. This is important in management.
There is also mildly increased blood supply to normal thyroid tissue surrounding the nodule.

Most thyroid nodules are asymptomatic and it clinical correlation in your case.Majority of thyroid nodules are benign in nature.

Complete findings in left lobe of thyroid is not mentioned in your query.

Management depend upon clinical assessment, thyroid profile and FNAC findings.

My mother had hashimotos and later complete removal of thyroid. I am unsure the reason for complete removal though. She never said why exactlly.. The reasoning behind this u/s was due to rapid weight loss i went from 115lbs to 97lbs in 5 weeks. I just woke up one day thought I was having heart attack andwent "crazy" ( super high B/p, chest pain, SOB, weak extremities, twitching muscles, unable to eat without gagging at times, double vision, feeling of being in a constant adrensline rush during those 5 weeks the ER and DR said it was anxiety/panic disorder. Refused to check for anything else. Tried getting me to take antianxiety meds which i refused because i did not feel it was anxiety I never took any medication and just woke up back to normal no issues what so ever except i cant seem to put weight back on. Ive been normal for about 2 months now. I went to new Dr for second opinion and he tested thyroid and ordered u/s. Office called and ive been refered to endocrinologist but appt is 5 weeks away so im somewhat antsy to maybe have an answer to what happened to me and find out if it will happen again. I dont think i could go thru that again. I almost didnt make it then and it terrifies me

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms may be due to hyperthyroidism or panic attack.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your symptoms may be due to hyperthyroidism or panic attack.Since there is a nodule in right lobe of thyroid,it is important to assess its functional status, means to assess it is secreting excess thyroid hormones or not.
You may need few more blood test like thyroid profile,anti-TPO estimation etc.
You may need anti thyroid medicines if toxicity is indicated.
Otherwise, panic attack should also be ruled out.
