What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?

Question : I have checked my ovulation this month coz i'm planning for pregrancy. As you see in the attached report and ultrasound. Do you think the size of the egg is good ?!
My doctor said that I have 2 this month
one from the left and the other one from the right

I did this ultra sound test on day 11
I've a regular cycle
I had 2 missed abortion , they were normal pregnancy
I didn't take any kind of medicine
Please advice me in details regarding my ovulation status and specifically their size !

If follicle size is more than 18-22 mm.it is considered normal.

i attached the same ultrasound and medical report on day 11
my doctor said that the 2 eggs were exploded
can you plz explain this to me
And the size is it good as it mentioned in the report ?

Sorry for the inconvenience but I need your written report in which they mentioned the size of follicle.
Because these are only the images of follicle and I could not able to figure out the exact follicle size.( not very clear image).
These three images are same and there is no medical report attached along with.
So kindly send it again or give me details of follicle size.

Yes,ovulation occurs.

Hello dear,
Thanks for the reports.
In your reports it is showing that ovulation occurs and your doctor opinion is right that you have two egg available for fertilization.( one from each ovarian follicle)
So sexual intercourse during this time give you a chance to get pregnant.
As in your report it is showing septate uterus with fibroid, so we have to see further that where the implementation occur in the uterus.
So do not take any stress and try for baby.

yes the fibriod they asked me to ignore it since it is outside my uterus
As for the septum, I went yesterday to a new doctor to check, she told me it's nothing sothing like apple shap and it is not a septum Also it doen't effect my pregrency or the missed abortions I had before and no need for operation at all.
One more thing plz,
Are they exploded in good size ?
Because as u know if they were small and exploded (less than 18), no chance for pregrency. I'm worried regarding the size

Follicle is already ruptured.

Follicle is usually get rupture when they reached the size of 18-22 mm.
In your case as you had already ruptured follicle and egg is released than their is no need to worry about size.
You should go for sexual interaction this time for better results.
