Brief Answer:
Ultrasound findings may suggest PCOD(poly cystic ovarian disease).

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Ultrasound findings may suggest PCOD(poly cystic ovarian disease).
PCOD is indicated by increased ovarian size, increased stromal echogenesity, multiple small cysts arranged in periphery.
You may need further evaluation.PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation, biochemical confirmation and USG correlation.
Most of the cases of PCOD are managed conservatively.I suggest for medical management first.
Surgical intervention is required in few cases only.

Don't worry,PCOD is a common problem and generally this is a manageable condition.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Generally PCOD respond well to medicines.
I have not seen any failure due to this reason.
Don't worry, start taking medicines as advised by your gynecologist.
Generally cysts in PCOD are up to 10 mm and you have small cysts.
