                                    Brief Answer:
Normal ultrasound report
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Normal internal os diameter is upto 14 mm during pregnancy.
There is no risk of preterm delivery if the cervical length is more than 25 mm and internal os diameter more than14 mm. In patients who do not have previous history of preterm delivery or second trimester abortion, and whose ultrasound show normal cervical parameters, no cervical stitches are required.
Moreover, cervical stitches can induce preterm labour.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
