Brief Answer:
kidney stones can be treated medically initially.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Unless there's severe pain in region of right flank, there's nothing to worry about.
The kidney stones, one in each kidney,is not causing any harm to the kidneys.
They can be treated with medical treatment, mainly :
1. drink 12-15 glasses fluids daily.
2. take potassium magnesium citrate tablets or syrup, twice daily.
3. check blood calcium,phosphorus,uric acid,creatinine and LFT.
4. repeat scan after 1-2 months, to see progress in shrinking of stone size.
If repeat scan shows increase in size, or she's getting repeated bouts of pain on either side,it can be treated endoscopically, with laser treatment.

The gall bladder stone may be ignored, unless it causes severe pain on right flank.
Avoid milk, and dairy products in excess.
You may send the reports here, for an expert opinion.

Wishing her good health.
