I have seen the report of penis shaft ultrasound and there is indication of peyronies disease which is a serious disorder.

In view of the available report I feel you should try pentoxyphylline one of the medication helpful in Peyronies disease and widely available in XXXXXXX with strength of 400 mg three times a day.
