Brief Answer:
Review USG from expert to know present compression effect on brain tissue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1) First of all do not panc.

2) Overall the growth parameters are alright.
Bilaterally dilated left ventricles is what needs to be looked after.
It is for this reason your doctor has advised you second USG review.

3)Bran is a solid organ with fluid filled cavities in the centre of each half ( right & left),called as ventricles. The fluid in side these cavities is constantly flowing in and out through various communication channels. If there is blockage in the system, then these ventricles dilate.

We need to keep doing serial USG scans to know the ratio of brain tissue and ventricular size. If there is no alarming compression on brain tissue , baby has has no harm. Even after delivery, expert pediatric neurologist and neurosurgeon can help out to ease the problem.

4)Review USG with expert, will help to know if baby has danger of brain tissue compression at this stage.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you great health.

Brief Answer:
Repeat USG and do Triple marker test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.

You have very rightly mentioned about femur length. Yes it lagging by 9 days.
Along with looking for cerebro -ventricular ratio , I will suggest you to get Triple test done. It gives fairly good idea about chromosomal abnormalities.

Please repeat USG and get blood tested for Triple test. It is very important to get both these things done before 20 weeks of pregnancy.

Please seek help of your treating doctor about the same.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Triple test normal. CVP ratio and limb parameters need follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.

I have gone through your Triple test reports. They fall in normal limits. No overt risk of Open neural tube defect or Downs syndrome.

Now, we need to follow cerebro - ventricular ratio and also baby's limb length parameters. If your sonologist does not comment that femur length is falling below 10th percentile , you need not worry.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks
