                                            Question : hello i have mild hepatomegaly with grade i fatty changes.. i have got my ultrasound done ..it reports says"liver is mildly enlarged in size &shows grade i fatty changes.No intra hepatic biliary radicles dilation/space occupying lesion seen.Portal veins and hepatic veins ara normal in calibre.Porta hepatis is visualized normally.               
My question is that i have joined gym and now i want to do bodybuilding.gym instructor told me to have whey protein.so can i take whey protein as i have fatty liver.

my age is 30 yrs .my weight is 84 kg and my height is 5 ft 5 inches...i go to gym for weight loss..what should be my protein intake...i take one scoop of whey protein which has 25 gm of protein ...should i take more ? is there any concern of taking more protein as i have heard that organ gets failed .is it true ?
And also tell me how many scoops should i take whey protein ?
