Question : hi. i'm in my nineth week of pregnancy but the ultrasond shows the baby development till 7th week. my doctor asked me to have dabugest sr 300 and ecosprin 75 for 15 days and advised for 2nd ultrasound. suggest

You are taking the right treatment and just need to wait for another ten days for repeat scan.
It is common to have this discrepancy in initial Ultrasound if you had irregular periods before getting pregnant.
Main point is ultrasound is showing a live pregnancy and thus needs extra support from outside for growth and wellbeing.
Ecosprin and dubagest will help in increasing the blood supply to the baby and this will facilitate better growth.

I had regular periods before conceiving and in fact they use come 4 days before the last date.

Then nothing much to worry and just take a note of the following points -
- have a good rest with no exertion at all
- avoid intercourse
- take ample amount of water
- take good amount of milk and green leafy vegetables
- almonds and walnuts are very good and should be taken on daily basis
- avoid any kind of stress
- keep taking all the medicines as prescribed daily without a miss.
Other thing you need is a repeat scan after ten days and then let me know the report.
