Brief Answer:
possible endometriotic CYST or dermoid, advised CT SCAN

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to ATD for an opinion,
the ultrasound report shows 2 large ovarian cysts with internal echoes and possibly endometriotic cysts of size 4 cm each. These re large cysts and can cause pressure symptoms and hence pain.
If these are simple ovarian cysts then they should ideally burst during the mid cycle when they were 22-24mm in size for ovulation. But bilateral ovarian cysts with size more than 4cm should also indicate towards a possibility of dermoid cysts which can be confirmed with a CT sCAN. So Ct scan confirmation is the next step and if diagnosed then has to be removed , best laparoscopically .
