Hi and thank you for asking on HCM.
You are reporting to have liver pain and you have done an abdominal ultrasound.
Please can you upload to me your ultrasound report so I can check it by myself and give you an accurate opinion.
Liver pain is not related with metastatic cancer and not all the pains that are laced at liver area are due to liver issues.
Most of these pains located on liver area are related with bowel or gallbladder issues.
I am waiting more of your medical reports to give you an accurate opinion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back.
Yes I have recived your medical reports of abdominal ultrasound and pelvic ultrasound.
With regards to your abdominal ultrasound I can say that you have only a small hemangioma. It is a bening lession . There is nothing worrisome eat your abdominal ultrasound.
There is no finding of cancer or metastases at your abdominal ultrasound.
The second exam is pelvic ultrasound that shows mildly elevated and small calcification of prostate gland. It is not worrisome otherwise I would suggest you to do further exams like:
- PSA
- urine alanylisis and uroculture to rule out urinary infection.
Hope it was helpful to you !
Enjoy your life.
