Brief Answer:
Needs only monitoring.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
From the ultrasound report it looks like your father has a simple renal cyst.
Cysts are small fluid filled cavities. They are often diagnosed incidentally during ultrasonography in otherwise normal persons and are usually benign.
The incidence of cysts in kidneys increases with age.
In your father's case it is a single tiny cyst which needs no active treatment. We could repeat the Ultrasonography after 1 year to monitor the size.
However his blood tests reveal that his creatinine is slightly high (mind you , this is not related to that tiny cyst).
For this I would recommend repeating the test from another lab and also doing a Urine analysis. If the creatinine is persistently high you should see a Nephrologist.
I hope this was helpful

Brief Answer:
Continue regular diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi
He can eat his usual diet as of now (including yogurt).
Once the results are back, if his creatinine is high, we may need to reduce the protein intake in the diet in consultation with a dietitian.
Hope this helps
