Question : what is lobulation of the renal margin? was on the impression sheet from radiologist after ultra ound of kidney.

Lobulations of renal margin is lobular appearance of kidney margin during sonography.
It is generally a developmental finding and it may be formed during organ formation.It is a benign incidental finding and doesn't require any treatment.
