Generally ectopic pregnancy can't be missed by TVS.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for follow up query.
1) Generally, ectopic pregnancy CAN'T be missed at 7 weeks by Trans Vaginal Ultrasound scan (TVS). It is confirmatory investigation.
2) You can undergo beta-hCG test to check its rising pattern before repeating scan to clear doubt. Review with test report for next management.

                                    Brief Answer:
Not an ectopic gestation. Normal level within 2-4 weeks.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for follow up query.
In most cases, blood beta-hCG value comes down to NORMAL level within 2 to 4 weeks following medical termination of pregnancy.
It DOESN'T indicate ectopic pregnancy. Don't be worried. You should repeat the test after ONE week to check the value. It should be less than 5 mIU/ ml.
Hope, it helps for your information. Good luck and take care.
Regards,
