Brief Answer:
You are suffering from hematuria due to UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your findings in detail.

Presence of RBC(Red blood cell) with few bacteria in urine indicates hematuria(blood in urine) most probably due to urinary tract infection(UTI).

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
It is important to know your symptoms like burning micturition, fever etc.
Hematuria may also be due to renal or urinary bladder calculus, tumour, trauma etc.
You need routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of abdomen.

It is important to know about the presence of pus cells in urine.
Ultrasound of abdomen is very important for screening.Further investigations like CT Scan can be done if needed.

You may need antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
