Dear Friend.
See scarring from c.section and fistula formation can cause such issues but most important here is to rule out any stone in urinary tract and Urinary Tract infection.
I advise you to get following:
1. Ultrasound Kidney and Urinary bladder.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity.
This is very important to rule out such conditions as they are treatable and common .
Review with reports.

hi ty for answering back. I just had a ct scan of abdomen and pelvic and came back normal, so scar tissue can cause this pain to get this horrible and not go away? it really makes it hard to do anything when pain gets really bad esp trying to take care of my little ones. any suggestion on how I can help ease this pain? it is actually worse than labor pains to me. I also have pcos and 4 bugling disk and degenerative disk disease could this have a conncection to it. also my cycles where coming reg after I had my youngest who is now 6 months they started in april, and I would start same day every month up until july I finished the 25th and started bleeding the 1st til the 2nd and then started aug 25th. I really appericate ur time to answer my questions , Its hard for me to trust some drs because I get looked at as if all I want is pain meds n honeslty all I want is a simple answer to what is causing me to be in this horrible pain. they did offer birthcontrol but I don't see how birthcontrol would help if its scaring that is causing the pains also on lab work I just noticed it shows ua rbc 5. does this mean anything., again thanks so much

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Pcos or cysts won't cause RBC in urine.
Yes scarring can cause.
If your CT came out to be normal then stones are out of question. But UTI is still in picture.
For pain relief you can take Tramadol which is a safe alternative.
But I would advise you to get Urine Culture & Sensitivity and Kidney Function Test.
