Hi,Thanks for the query to HCM.

I studied your query and understood your health concerns.
Each of 3 queries are marathon topics in themselves. And in absence of more details its a very complicated and difficult task.

Before replying My suggestions on your 3 queries on prognosis/ kidney transplants/Liver transplants,it is important to know on certain important facts of your case-

How long you are suffering? When was the first and last Stone Removal operation was done? Were these stones with pains and symptoms of sever nature-so as to operate?
What is your Parathyroid Hormone Study reports? if not done get it done with help of your doctor.
Update any CT reports of last CT Done?
What are your Calcium / uric acid blood levels-recently done ? update if done / if not done get them done?

All and any other further details are needed for the next session for review and further suggestions.

Kidney Full of Stones?Don't get worried till your case is evaluated and assessed for possibilities of correction and reversal in your case after my review and study of your case detailed data.

Hence please update more details and any further information, which if you give patiently, then only it would be possible to work out your problems.

Await further information as asked above.
