Brief Answer:
Microscopic hematuria

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Erythrocytes 3 /HPF points to Microscopic hematuria (or minute quantity of blood , not visible to naked eye) which is considered significant if there are more than three erythrocytes on two separate urine exams on microscopy. Culture sensitivity testing and an ultrasound abdomen pelvis can be advised as part of the workup for urinary tract infection or a small kidney stone which are the most common causes. Urine cytology can be done if the above tests don't yield a cause.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
