Hello

Thanks for query

From the reports you have attached it looks you are suffering from urinary tract infection caused e coli. Luckily it is sensitive to all antibiotics, if I were to be your doctor I would have started ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day for 7 days and repeated a urine culture after 7 days.

I also suggest you to do the following

1. Drink plenty of water, about 2-3 litres
2. Clean yourself after intercourse
3. Good personal hygiene during menstruation
