Brief Answer:
Urinary Tract Infection is present.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post and seeing the attached reports, it is clear that you are having a Urinary Tract Infection ( UTI ).
The attached reports are for Routine / Microscopic examination of urine.

I would advise that you should get a Culture and Sensitivity test for the urine sample.
It will help in planning the appropriate antibiotic for the infection.

You should drink lots of water daily. Maintain local hygiene of the perineal region.
Further medical management can be planned after knowing the reports of the culture / sensitivity test of urine.

Urinary Tract Infection is a curable disease and you should not worry much.
Your hemoglobin is less and you should be concerned about it. It can be due to hematuria due to UTI. But other causes should also be considered.
You should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a medical professional for that. A complete Iron study along with serum ferritin levels should be done to know the cause of anemia.

Eat iron rich foods like spinach, pomegranate, jaggery, green leafy vegetables.

Deworming with Albendazole 400 mg at night can be helpful if cause of anemia is presence of worms. An iron supplement can be taken under medical supervision for improving Hemoglobin levels.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
