Brief Answer:
Possible UTI&vaginal infection-common in pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your urine reports and I found nothing worrisome. Let me explain as following:

Having glucose of 100 mg/dl means that the test was performed after having your meal. If not, then, should run diabetes testing to rule out diabetes:
- fasting blood sugar
- HbA1C
- oral glucose tolerance test

The presence of red blood cells and bacteria is indicative for UTI (urinary tract infection). Culture of urine is recommended to determine the type of infection and the right antibiotic to fight it.

The presence of squamous epithelial cells is indicative for possible vaginal infection too. Vaginal swab testing is recommended to exclude it.

Hyaline cast are normal findings even in healthy people. In your case, the higher count of hyaline cast might be due to low pH and presence of infection. Anyway, I do not see it is worrisome.

Overall, your urine analysis is indicative for UTI and vaginal infection that should be properly treated. Diabetes testing is recommended to exclude diabetes.

Next time you have urine analysis done, try to get the early morning portion, fasting, in order to eliminate false results.

All the best!
